Trend scouts are forecasting record years for learning & development. If we as human beings want to reasonably keep pace with artificial intelligence, we are challenged to learn. Everything and anything that we might encounter. At any given time. According to our own wishes. What we learn however must be significantly different from what machines are capable to do. Creativity is required just as much as holistic connections and intuition. New learning formats are conquering the world. Virtual micro-learning units are finding their place alongside social workspace approaches. We call this world our home and are happy to provide you with impulses and facilitators for effective designs.

Leader`s Community
For one of our clients, we are currently building the architecture of a virtual leadership community to support the organization’s future learning. Participating managers are able to connect through a collaboration platform where they receive up-to-date information via blogs or micro notes regularly. They share content among each other and have access to a wiki and a variety of learning nuggets. For selected topics, peer groups form hubs to work on them together – virtually or in face-to-face workshops.
