The Company Journey Guides – Cooperation for Organizational Development ltd. is a hub for experienced consultants, facilitators, enablers and coaches, empowering organizations to master their current and future challenges.
In doing so, we understand ourselves as guides, temporarily accompanying individuals, teams and corporations, enabling them to develop their self-efficacy.

In a world of progressing digital transformation we understand one particular orientation as meaningful: securing people’s unique contribution to the creation of the future.
We hear a lot about agility and new work. Most of the times, the focus remains limited to the respective methods and tools. We invest in attitude, experience and discovery. You decide whether you’d like to leverage our ability as a think tank or to act as a facilitator, activating your resources and potentials. We follow the guiding principles of Design Thinking – observing/understanding – focusing – prototyping – iteration. Until it works. According to your rhythm. And governed by excitement.

Moderation und Training
Most of our guides started off learning the classical trade of a trainer and moderator, gaining several years of experience in this field. Up until the very moment, when they realized that all required competencies and abilities are already available in a given system or individual. We understand the purpose of our role is to create and maintain the required space, to allow the resources to unfold and take effect. Just like any facilitator and enabler would.

Planning and Waterfall
Our guides possess application experience with systematic management and linear planning according to the waterfall principle. We all felt comfortable in this space, before we started our journey to learn and experience agile formats and methods. We have a clear understanding what this change involves and have proven approaches and pathways to make it a success. Firstly, we focus on hacks to allow an experience of agile methods’ added value in everyday life. This is our natural way of creating acceptance and further demand in a healthy environment.

Classic Consulting
We are guided by our firm conviction, that the solution to any challenge a given system needs to master, already lies within. Consequently, we focus our work on the system itself rather than what might be inside. Our personal understanding of our role is therefore to challenge organizations and their people through intelligent methods, to display their problem-solving expertise. This creates individual, purposeful and sustainable solutions. Should a decisive impulse ever be missing, we draw on our classical toolbox.

Hierarchies and Silo
We are convinced that people’s collaboration creates better results than a simple combination of individual results. Based on our experience, teams are generally able to solve all their challenges on their own. And while doing so, creating the best possible solutions both for their clients, and their own organization. This is particularly true for cross-functional teams, if the required competencies are represented and an appropriate framework is secured. And an additional scrum master and product owner won’t do any harm either.
